The William F. Moran, Jr. Museum and Foundation, Inc.
The establishment of the William F. Moran, Jr. Museum & Foundation is well under way. The present plan, which looks very promising, is to build a Museum wing on a new Frederick County Library. The library will be constructed in Middletown, Maryland, less than a mile from Bill Moran's famous knife shop.
Our membership is growing steadily. Life "Chartered" Membership is available at $500.00 until December 31, 2008. The names of the Charter Members will be forever listed on a large bronze plaque that will be displayed at the front entrance to the museum.
We ask that all ABS members seriously consider becoming a Moran Foundation member. The following annual memberships are available. All are tax deductible.

Contributing $100 - $499.
Life Membership $500.00
Your support will keep Bill's memory alive. Let us not forget Bill's work in educating so many of us over the years, and the overall beneficial impact we all received from his teaching and leadership within the ABS and the knifemaking industry.
